To export or permanently delete everything Asiko holds about you, open the app and go to Settings → Your data. You do not need to ask us, and it takes effect immediately.
Official rates come from third-party data providers; parallel-market rates are gathered from publicly published sources. Both can lag, and the app always shows you how old a figure is. Confirm the rate with your provider before you send money — Asiko reports a market, it does not set one.
