Is Asiko free?
Yes — rates, alerts, the ledger and the provider check are all free at launch. If a paid tier ever arrives, early users keep what they have today.
Does Asiko move my money?
No. Asiko never touches a transfer and never asks for your bank details. It tells you when your rate hits and what providers actually deliver — you move your money wherever you like.
Where do the rates come from?
Official rates come from third-party market data; parallel-market rates are gathered best-effort from publicly published sources. Both can lag, and every number carries its timestamp so you always know how fresh it is. Confirm with your provider before you send — Asiko reports a market, it does not set one.
Do I have to sign up?
No. Open the app and you can see rates and set alerts straight away. An account exists only so your ledger survives a lost or replaced phone, and you can export or permanently delete everything from Settings → Your data without asking us.
Something looks wrong. Who do I tell?
Email hello@getasiko.com and a person will read it. A rate that looks off is worth reporting — it is the fastest way we find a source that has drifted.
